Refund Policy

At Kimhye.com, we stand behind the quality of our content – but we understand that sometimes a course may not be the right fit.

Unless otherwise stated on the product checkout page, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

To request a refund:

Email [email protected] with your full name and the course purchased.
If your request is eligible, your payment will be refunded within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Note:
Refunds are not available for:

Programs that explicitly state "no refund" on the sales page
Personalized or live 1:1 sessions once delivered
Cases where the course has been completed or extensively accessed (discretionary)

We reserve the right to decline refunds that appear to abuse this policy.
